These Shipping Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the shipment of products purchased from Kelleys Kelle ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order with Kelleys Kelle, you ("you" or "customer") agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

We make every effort to ensure timely processing of orders; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

2. Order Confirmation and Modification

Order Confirmation: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once confirmed, your order is considered final.

No Modifications or Cancellations: After an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details, including product selection, shipping address, and payment information, are correct before completing your purchase.

3. Product Availability

Out of Stock or Unavailable Items: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order has been confirmed.

If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the unavailable item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Policy

Free Delivery: For orders within India, we offer free delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time:
All domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of order processing, depending on the shipping address and courier service availability.

All international orders are expected to be delivered within 12–15 business days from the date of order processing, depending on the destination country and the availability of international courier services.

Shipping Delays:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Kelleys Kelle is not liable for any delays caused by such circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges and Fees

Free Shipping:
We provide free standard shipping for all orders within India.

International Shipping:
For customers outside India, please contact our support team for specific shipping fees, delivery timelines, and conditions.

6. Risk of Loss

Title to products and risk of loss pass to the customer once the product is delivered to the specified delivery address. Kelleys Kelle is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods after they have been delivered.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct delivery address.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

These fees are outside of Kelleys Kelle's control and are the responsibility of the customer.
